Elections Form

This form allows members to vote in the 2026 BOD election.   Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the form. 

Deadline to Vote January 16, 2026

Directions:

1. Enter the primary email address the STCGD uses to send you emails.
   • We will compare the email to member emails, and if your email is not recognized, the form will tell you it is not a valid club email.  Contact Bob Gann if you think this is in error.
2. Select your membership type, Regular or Household (2 votes).
3. Vote for or against the slate.
   • For Household memberships with 2 votes, you must submit both votes at the same time using this form. 

If you have problems:

• If you try to vote and find your email is recorded as already voting when you have not voted, contact Bob Gann
• If you do not know your email address, contact Bob Gann

Because there were no nominations from the floor in October, the slate is as determined by the nominating committee.  You are voting for/against the full slate, not individuals. The following positions are up for election

Here is the slate for the 2026-27 STCGD BOD and Officers.   Only these positions are open for voting.

Important Notes:

• We validate your eligibility to vote by comparing it with the email address the club has on file for you (the one you get emails from the club on.)
• We keep track of emails that have voted (you can only vote 1 time). 
  • BUT - Your vote is stored anonymously.  We have no way of knowing what you voted, so don't ask us to change, correct or remove it.
• The form will allow one vote for "Regular" members.  Associate and Jr. members do not vote.
• The form will allow 2 votes for "Household" members.
  • Households with 2 votes must vote together on the form.
