My husband and I live in Indiana on 60 acres where we have raised our family since 1980. We are fortunate enough to have our two grown children and 5 grandchildren who live close by. I went to Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine and practiced in near by Brownsburg until I retired. I have been breeding and showing Scotties since the mid-1980’s under the HiJinks affix. I am a 33 year member of the STCA. I am also a member of the Scottish Terrier Clubs of Greater Dayton, Michigan, Greater Louisville, and Chicago (honorary). I have served on the STCA Board for several years as a Director and Corresponding Secretary, and I have also served on the STCA Health Trust Fund for several terms. I am currently the Chairperson of the Health Trust Fund. I am not breeding as many litters as I used to, but along with achieving some nice successes in the Conformation ring at specialties and all breed shows, I am enjoying training my Scotties in Rally and Barnhunt. I have had the privilege of judging several Specialty Sweepstakes in the past, and I have enjoyed every minute of judging the puppies.
